Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Previous manufacturing, production, assembly, warehouse, coating, painting, blasting, or material handling experience preferred.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Dependable, safety-conscious, and willing to learn new skills.
  • Experience working in an ISO 9001 or AS9100 environment is a plus.
  • Forklift experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Follow all company safety policies, OSHA regulations, and required PPE guidelines.
  • Support company 6S, lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Prepare parts for processing through cleaning, masking, plugging, and staging activities.
  • Load and unload parts, materials, and products onto racks, hooks, conveyors, carts, and other production equipment.
  • Operate production equipment and tools as trained and assigned.
  • Assist with blasting, painting, powder coating, curing, and finishing processes.
  • Read and follow work orders, production schedules, process instructions, and quality requirements.
  • Inspect products and components to ensure compliance with customer and quality standards.
  • Accurately complete required production documentation and records.
  • Identify and report quality issues, equipment concerns, safety hazards, or production delays.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Work effectively with supervisors and teammates to meet production goals and delivery schedules.
  • Participate in problem-solving activities and recommend process improvements.
  • Cross-train and perform duties in multiple departments as business needs require.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Working Conditions & Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during the workday.
  • Frequent bending, twisting, reaching, kneeling, and lifting.
  • Ability to regularly lift, push, pull, or carry up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Exposure to heat, noise, dust, chemicals, and industrial equipment.
  • Required use of personal protective equipment (PPE), including safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection, respirators, and protective clothing as required.
  • Ability to safely operate around moving equipment, conveyors, racks, and material handling devices.
Schedule
  • Full-time position.
    • 2nd Shift: 3:00pm to 11:30pm
  • Initial training may be conducted on 1st Shift before transitioning to an assigned shift.
  • Overtime and schedule adjustments may be required based on production demands.
