Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Technician to join our 2nd shift team. This full-time role involves assembling motors, electric machines, and internal components, including piping, alignments, wiring, and conducting tests to ensure quality. Work Schedule: 9/80; Hours: 2:30 PM - 12:00 AM.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical assembly, disassembly, and rework of products and assemblies.
• Interpret and follow assembly drawings, operation sheets, engineering specifications, and running sheets.
• Rework components to meet quality standards following established procedures.
• Test, inspect, and repair mechanical assemblies.
• Work independently with minimal supervision; guide other technicians as needed.
• Collaborate within a team and contribute to manufacturing processes.
• Follow SOPs, safety guidelines, and work instructions.
• Ensure safety and policy compliance.
• Coordinate with other departments for material and information flow.
• Meet production deadlines and maintain quality standards.
• Be available for overtime when necessary.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of manufacturing experience.
• Strong mechanical skills and aptitude.

U.S. Citizenship required. Ability to obtain a DOD security clearance is necessary.
