Job summary

Central States Manufacturing, Inc. is seeking a Technician to support manufacturing, production, material handling, and quality-related activities across multiple production areas. The role adheres to standard work practices and safety procedures to deliver Right. On Time.

Every Time. products and services to internal and external customers. The Technician will follow safety procedures, assist in machine setup, monitor output, perform material handling tasks, train new hires, and maintain

Responsibilities

Follow plant safety procedures and wear PPE.
Support setup and operation of assigned workstations and tasks.
Perform material handling and move materials using manual/mechanical aids.
Monitor machine output, report issues, assist with basic troubleshooting.
Complete production tasks with hand and power tools.
Maintain a clean, organized workspace and end-of-shift housekeeping.
Train new hires on equipment, procedures, safety and quality standards.
Ensure Quality Control is performed at each work center per standards and feedback.
