Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing or production environment is required with +1 year.
• Knowledge of 5S is preferred.
• Experience as a machine mechanic and quality control exposure is a plus.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read technical documents and blueprints is desired.
• Ability to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery.
• Follow production schedules and meet quality standards.
• Collaborate with team members to improve production processes.
• Maintain accurate records of production data and equipment maintenance.
• Adhere to safety protocols and promote a safe working environment.
• Assist in training new employees in manufacturing procedures.
• Maintain understanding of raw materials and appropriate manufacturing locations.
• Check the quality of products and measure materials.
• Inform shift supervisor about product quality problems and safety concerns.
