Our client is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to join their team in St. Louis, MO. As a Manufacturing Technician, you will support the production team by operating large-scale reaction vessels, centrifuges, and dryers. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively.

Responsibilities:

• Operate large-scale reaction vessels, industrial centrifuges, and dryers.
• Support operational functions and assist with improvements.
• Engage in problem-solving and performance management within production.
• Maintain a high-quality work environment and ensure health and safety compliance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in chemistry, biochemistry, chemical engineering, or related scientific field.
• 1-2 years of experience in a production environment preferred, or an Associate degree with 5+ years of large-scale chemical manufacturing experience.
• Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
