Your Role:

The Manufacturing Technician 3 – 1st Shift at the South Broadway site is responsible for weighing and formulating products according to current manufacturing procedures, cleaning equipment and manufacturing suites after production, completing batch records, and adhering to all safety and quality policies. Job duties include:

• 1st Shift: Monday – Friday 6:00AM – 2:30PM
• Weighing media powders and compounds as per batch records and procedures
• Setting up and preparing products according to manufacturing procedures
• Transporting chemicals and equipment using pallet jacks or dollies, ensuring product quality and quantity
• Wearing appropriate PPE, including respirators, gloves, suits, etc.
• Cleaning rooms, equipment, and processes, and post-production cleanup
• Communicating production status, deviations, and completing batch records accurately
• Following procedures and safety policies, entering data into SAP, and maintaining logbooks
• Identifying equipment malfunctions and taking corrective actions with approval

Physical Attributes:

• Wearing PPE as required
• Lifting and pushing up to 50 pounds

Who You Are

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 1 year of experience in a cGMP manufacturing environment or production

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of chemistry, mathematics, and science
• SAP experience
• Experience with safe chemical handling
• Strong communication, computer, mechanical, troubleshooting, interpersonal, and organizational skills
