CelLink is looking for hands‑on Manufacturing Technicians to join our growing team at our new, state‑of‑the‑art mega manufacturing facility in Georgetown, Texas.
As a Manufacturing Technician, you’ll serve as the technical bridge between Production and Engineering, helping ensure our manufacturing processes run safely, consistently, and efficiently. You’ll operate and set up production equipment, make process adjustments, troubleshoot first‑level process issues, and support engineering with process trials, qualifications, and new product introductions.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being on the manufacturing floor, figuring out why a process or product isn’t performing as expected, and working with engineers to identify and implement solutions. You’ll have the opportunity to build technical expertise in advanced manufacturing while directly contributing to improvements in quality, yield, throughput, and process stability.

Physical Demands – Office and Manufacturing Environment
While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to speak through a microphone or listen for software cues or other indicators that may not be presented visually. The employee must frequently use hands or fingers to handle or feel objects, tools, or controls. The employee must stand, walk, sit, and use hands and arms to pull/push, reach, climb, or balance. Periods of stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling may be required. The employee must lift and/or move up to 25 pounds without assistance. Work Environment –
Includes both a typical office environment, with minimal exposure to excessive noise or adverse environmental issues, and a shop environment, with exposure to high noise levels from operating machines, physical hazards from moving equipment and machine parts, nuisance dust, and skin exposure to chemicals used to run/maintain machines.

Where required, must wear Personal Protective Equipment, including but not limited to safety glasses, safety shoes, bump caps, gloves, hair nets, masks, & clean‑room frocks while adhering to the prescribed safety procedures.
