Job Description

As a member of the Operations Team, you are responsible for system assembly, testing, packaging, material movements, and technical support for our custom computer systems. You are expected to learn and support various functions within Operations, contribute ideas for efficiency, and provide feedback to our Engineering Team on future designs. This role impacts our products, profitability, and continuous improvement. It is a full-time, associate-level position based in South Burlington, Vermont.

On an average day, you'll...

  1. Support all Operations functions: Manufacturing, Warehouse, and Tech Support.
  2. Assemble, validate, and brand systems to meet quality standards.
  3. Label and pack systems according to quality protocols.
  4. Maintain productivity and goals through constructive accountability.
  5. Collaborate to improve production processes.
  6. Support testing of new products for hardware, mechanical, and software compatibility.

Our Operations team handles building, testing, packaging, and shipping OnLogic technology globally. They focus on quality, flexibility, and continuous improvement, encompassing roles in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering, DevOps, and Support.

Requirements

  • Experience building computer systems and working with hardware components.
  • Flexible support approach based on operational needs.
  • Strong knowledge of computers, components, and current software applications.
  • Completion of a technical/vocational program or Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or relevant experience.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds.
  • Satisfactory background check.
  • Positive attitude and proactive mindset.
