Job summary

VIAVI Solutions in Santa Rosa, CA is hiring a Manufacturing Technician for Security Products to support thin‑film coating operations, tooling prep, equipment cleanup, materials inspections, and processing on various machines. You will train other technicians within a cross‑functional team of manufacturing, engineering and maintenance.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, English fluency, and the ability to pass a physical assessment.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Manufacturing Technician Security Products :

This position is responsible for supporting thin-film coating operations on various machines in areas of tooling preparation, equipment clean-up and operation, materials inspections, product processing, and operation of auxiliary equipment in a safe and quality manner. May also assist and use work instructions in the training of other technicians in a team environment comprised of manufacturing, engineering and maintenance.
