VIAVI Solutions in Santa Rosa, CA, is seeking a Manufacturing Technician for Security Products to support thin-film coating operations and equipment maintenance on a 1st/2nd shift. You will assist with tooling prep, quality inspections, and safety-focused production in a collaborative environment.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, fluency in English, and the ability to pass a physical assessment. Prior manufacturing experience is preferred, and U.S. Persons per ITAR are required.

Duties & Responsibilities

Manufacturing Technician Security Products: This position is responsible for supporting thin-film coating operations on various machines in areas of tooling preparation, equipment clean-up and operation, materials inspections, product processing, and operation of auxiliary equipment in a safe and quality manner. May also assist and use work instructions in the training of other technicians in a team environment comprised of manufacturing, engineering and maintenance.

Pre-Requisites / Skills / Experience Requirements: Qualifications

• High School Diploma OR GED
• Required Shift Flexible
• Able to read/write/speak and comprehend English with fluency
• Must be able to pass Physical Assessment
• Previous Manufacturing experience is preferred
• Must be U.S. Persons as defined by ITAR
