Job summary

TRIC Robotics is hiring a Manufacturing Technician to support assembly, testing, and maintenance of robotic systems in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. The role collaborates with engineering and operations to ensure safety, quality, and performance standards are met.

The ideal candidate has 1+ years of hands-on mechanical or electrical assembly experience, reads drawings and schematics, and can lift 30–50 lbs. Competitive hourly pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of hands-on experience in mechanical or electrical assembly.
  • Proficiency using hand tools, power tools, and basic diagnostic equipment.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
  • Basic understanding of electrical systems and wiring.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
  • Comfortable working on your feet and occasionally lifting 30–50 lbs.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble mechanical and electrical components of TRIC’s robotic platforms using hand and power tools.
  • Follow detailed work instructions, schematics, and assembly drawings.
  • Perform functional testing and quality checks on completed units.
  • Troubleshoot and repair systems during the assembly and field-readiness processes.
  • Support inventory management by tracking parts used and reporting shortages.
  • Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
  • Collaborate with engineering to improve assembly processes and tooling.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards at all times.
  • Assist with packing and preparation of systems for field deployment.

Position Summary
