This role is the hub for automated and manual operations—cutting, sorting, stacking, bending (forming), punching, and robotic welding—so production starts on time and stays on target.

What problems will you solve?

  • How do we fix fit-up? You’ll lead troubleshooting for part sensing, clamping, and weld sequence issues, partnering with Maintenance or vendors when needed.
  • How do we scale new work? You’ll program and validate new products and prototypes, performing parts analysis and time studies to lock in quality and repeatability.

  • Train new employees and run training sessions for the team; facilitate operator preventive maintenance and communicate findings to Management and Maintenance.
  • Collaborate across Design Engineering, R&D, Supply Chain, Operations, and production supervision; communicate status to Line Lead and Production Supervisor; elevate technical issues to Technicians/Engineers.
