Job summary

Manpower in St. Peters, MO is seeking a Packaging Technician to join the production team. You will operate packaging machines, assist with quality assurance, and help palletize products while collaborating with colleagues to drive production efficiency.

Our client, a leading packaging solutions provider, is seeking a Packaging Technician to join their team. As a Packaging Technician, you will be part of the production department supporting a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to collaborate effectively, and a commitment to quality which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: $16.00/hr

• Operating production machines to make products (packing equipment, fillers, mixers, bottlers, pallet jacks, case erectors)
• Quality Assurance – Ensuring high standards are met
• Stacking and palletizing products as part of the production line
• Collaborating with team members to optimize production efficiency
• Adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety standards

What's Needed?

• 1+ year of machine operator experience in a production environment (packaging experience preferred)
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently
• Steel-Toe shoes
