You will work with a collaborative team, perform routine maintenance, support training for new staff, and help drive continuous improvement while maintaining a strong commitment to safety and accuracy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in manufacturing or related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is highly desirable.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
• Familiarity with safety standards and practices within a manufacturing environment is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration with team members.
