Kellanova is hiring a Manufacturing Technician for its Jackson, TN facility. You will operate production equipment, perform preventive maintenance, and document production metrics while maintaining safety and quality standards.

This role offers on-site work with rotation shifts, competitive pay, and benefits starting Day One. It emphasizes teamwork, adherence to GMP, and continuous skill development for long‑term growth.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot, sanitize, and maintain equipment.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, weekends, holidays, and overtime as required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to follow detailed safety protocols and GMP.

Responsibilities

Compensation and Benefits

Employees hired after October 1, 2025, will receive a $1,000 sign on bonus!

Hourly pay starting at $23.06, plus an extra $1.10 shift differential for all rotating shifts.
