Job summary

Kellanova in Jackson, TN is hiring Manufacturing Technicians to support safe and efficient production operations at our facility that makes popular snacks.

You will operate equipment, perform routine maintenance, monitor quality and safety, and work with a team to hit daily goals. Eligible employees receive a $1,000 sign‑on bonus and benefits from day one, including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).

Qualifications

• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and ability to perform equipment troubleshooting, sanitization, and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment to manufacture products according to safety and quality standards.
• Perform routine maintenance and mechanical troubleshooting on machines and equipment.
• Monitor and document production metrics, including quality checks and safety logs.
• Work collaboratively in a team environment to achieve daily production goals.
• Follow all safety procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

Compensation And Benefits

• Employees hired after October 1, 2025, will receive a $1,000 sign on bonus!
• Hourly pay starting at $23.06, plus an extra $1.10 shift differential for all rotating shifts

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment to manufacture products according to safety and quality standards.
• Perform routine maintenance and mechanical troubleshooting on machines and equipment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and ability to perform equipment troubleshooting, sanitization, and maintenance.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs at or above waist height.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends, holidays, and overtime as required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety protocols.

• Machine operation (not assembly)
• Preventative maintenance/repair/tools
• Troubleshooting and mechanical aptitude
