Job summary

GreenSource Fabrication, a Whelen Engineering Company, in Charlestown, NH, is seeking a detail-oriented Laboratory Technician to join the team on 2nd and weekend shifts. You will handle SOPs, data collection, data entry in TruChem Lab System, and basic analytical tests while upholding safety and quality standards.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced lab environment.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for SOPs, work instructions, and accurate data collection for chemical lab analysis methods.
  • Enter timely and accurate data into the TruChem Lab System.
  • Record experimental procedures and results; present key findings to senior team members when asked.
  • Ensure dosing solutions are prepared for all Ancoysis units.
  • Set up, adjust and operate laboratory equipment.
  • Assist in or perform basic analytical tests per defined standards and procedures.
  • Clean and sterilize laboratory equipment.
  • Prepare chemical solutions according to standard formulas.
  • Adhere to procedural, safety, and quality requirements.
  • Complete laboratory raw data sheets and enter data accurately.
  • Submit proposals to the Change Control Board.
  • Submit process changes to the Change Control Board.

The laboratory team at GreenSource Fabrication, a Whelen Engineering Company, is seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals who are eager to learn, collaborate, and make an impact in the Charlestown, NH area.
Whether you have prior lab experience or are looking to apply your analytical and problem-solving abilities in a new setting, we offer the training and support needed to help you succeed. Opportunities available on 2nd and weekend shifts.
Shifts available:

  • 2nd shift (M-F 2-10:30pm)
  • Weekend shift (F/Sa/Su 6am - 6pm) Work 36 hours and get paid for 40.
Location:

Charlestown, New Hampshire

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for Standard Operating Procedures, Work instructions, and accurate data collection for all chemical lab analysis methods.
  • Responsible for entering timely and accurate data into the TruChem Lab System.
  • Experimental procedures and subsequent results will be accurately recorded and, when possible, the Laboratory Technician may be asked to interpret results and present key findings to senior laboratory members.
  • Responsible for ensuring dosing solutions are filled for all Ancoysis units.
  • Sets up, adjusts and operates laboratory equipment.
  • Assist in or perform basic analytical tests from well-defined standards and procedures as assigned by the Laboratory Supervisor.
  • Clean and sterilize laboratory equipment.
  • Prepare chemical solutions according to standard formulas.
  • Exercise procedural, safety and quality requirements specified in Laboratory.
  • Understand and be able to complete laboratory raw data sheets and make accurate entries.
  • Submit proposals to Change Control Board.
  • Submit process changes to the Change Control Board.
Desired Background/Skills:
  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
  • Experience working in a test lab environment preferred.
