Role

Operates complex equipment and analytical tools, processes, state-of-the-art 12'' silicon wafers in a clean room environment, which requires appropriate gowning. Technicians are gowned in a gore suit that covers them from head to toe as they perform their work duties. Responsibilities may include minor preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, non-standard processing, and problem-solving.

Primary job duties are to

• Perform routine operations supporting wafer fabrication in a specific functional area, following standard procedures and specifications.
• Work 12-hour shifts, spending most of the time standing to perform tasks.
• Perform tasks that may involve repetitive motion.

Candidate must meet either experience or education requirements:

• 1-3 years of work experience in Semiconductor clean room or related field.
• 1-3 years of work experience in production, office work, or trades focusing on computer/software utilization.

Minimum Educational Requirement:

• An AS degree in a related field such as computer software, semiconductor, mechanical, electrical, electronics, or military experience in lieu of degree.
