Job Title: Manufacturing Technician

Current Available Shift Schedule(s): 3rd: 10:00pm-6:30am
Location: Charlestown, New Hampshire
Overview
The Manufacturing Technician is responsible for operating production equipment to fabricate Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs). They manage all aspects of their production area, including setup, operation, maintenance of manufacturing equipment, monitoring output for conformance, performing quality checks, preventative maintenance, and minor repairs.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Operate all department equipment, perform quality checks, and conduct preventative maintenance.
- Adhere to standard operating procedures (SOP) and follow production guidelines and specifications.
- Follow established safety protocols for material handling and protective gear, complying with environmental, health, and safety standards at all times.
- Maintain a clean workspace and production floor.
- Create or download job programs to run on machines when applicable.
- Read, interpret, and maintain records of production activities.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Maintain regular attendance as an essential function of the role.

Education & Experience
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent; vocational training preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year manufacturing experience.
- Hands-on/mechanical aptitude or trade experience (e.g., farming, construction, auto repair, machining, woodworking).
Physical Demands & Abilities
- Work 8-hour shifts plus overtime as needed.
- Lift up to 44 pounds (20 kg).
- Ability to bend, lean, sit, and stand for entire shift.
- Manual dexterity required.
- Operate factory machines and use software to run computer-controlled machinery.
