Job summary

Aventure Staffing is seeking a Manufacturing Technician in Minnesota to perform fabrication and assembly of truck bodies and related components. You will read blueprints and operate a variety of shop equipment on a Tue-Fri schedule, ensuring quality and safety.

Ideal candidates have hands-on manufacturing experience, tool proficiency, and the ability to follow detailed instructions in English. Competitive hourly pay and benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, fabrication, construction, or similar hands-on work.
• Ability to read/interpret drawings, specifications, and measurements.
• Proficient in English and able to follow written/verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate and assemble truck bodies and related equipment using hand, air, and power tools.
• Read and work from blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Perform cutting, drilling, bolting, riveting, welding, and hucking as required.
• Operate shop machinery such as press brakes, drill presses, and plasma cutters.

Manufacturing Technician | $20.00/hr Full-Time | Tuesday - Friday | 6:00am – 4:30pm

What you’ll do:

• Use hand, air, and power tools along with fabrication equipment to manufacture and assemble truck bodies and related equipment.
• Read and work from blueprints, drawings, specifications, measurements, and verbal instructions.
• Perform fabrication and assembly processes such as cutting, drilling, bolting, riveting, welding, and hucking.
• Operate equipment such as press brakes, drill presses, plasma cutters, punch presses, and other shop machinery.
• Work with department leads and coworkers to produce high-quality products safely and on schedule.

What you’ll need:

• Previous manufacturing, fabrication, construction, mechanical, or other transferable hands-on experience.
• Understanding of measuring tools, gauges, and the proper use of hand, air, and power tools.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English and follow instructions, drawings, and specifications.
• Strong attention to quality, safety, teamwork, and meeting production deadlines.
• Ability to perform physical work, including lifting, reaching, stretching, bending, and standing for extended periods.
