Job summary

Sartorius AG is hiring a Manufacturing Technician to support assembly, testing, and problem-solving within our Manufacturing Operations. This on-site role requires assembling, testing electronic, optical and mechanical sub-systems, and ensuring quality within time constraints.

The position emphasizes solving complex instrument issues with limited guidance, following safety standards, and maintaining a clean work environment.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 2+ years in manufacturing, including assembling complex mechanical/electronic systems, troubleshooting and testing.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); strong computer literacy.

Responsibilities

  • Support assembly, troubleshooting and inline testing of Manufacturing operations.
  • Assemble products to support Manufacturing Assembly teams to meet daily production rates.
  • Troubleshoot process & equipment problems promptly to minimize downtime.
  • Report production status to shift/team leader with accuracy and rigor.
  • Maintain cleanliness and storage of the work environment.
