Job summary

Sartorius North America is seeking a Clean Room Operator Lead to guide a team of production specialists on-site. You will oversee daily plans, ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards, and partner with other departments to meet throughput goals.

In this role you will align resources, coach staff, monitor maintenance, and act quickly to resolve issues while upholding our core values of sustainability, openness, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Apprenticeship in a technical environment.
• Leadership certificate or similar qualification.
• Proven experience leading production teams.
• Strong troubleshooting and calm under pressure.

Job description

As the Clean Room Operator Lead will be responsible for the leadership of a team of production specialists. In this on-site role, you will oversee the daily production plans within defined timelines and quality standards to meet.

What you will accomplish together with us:

• Align resources with production plans on a daily basis
• Provide effective and constructive feedback to production staff and suggest corrective actions if needed to ensure production plans are fulfilled
• Check production plans and fulfillment
• Ensure timely maintenance and repair of machines

• Additional specialist qualification and leadership certificate
• Proven experience of working in a similar environment
