Rantec Power Systems Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Technical Writer to support production by creating clear, accurate documentation for assembly and manufacturing processes. You will help ensure cross‑functional teams have precise, current instructions and records.

You’ll develop AI/MOI/TC/JB/PCP documents and merge training content for e‑learning updates, while adhering to regulatory and safety requirements on site along California’s Central Coast.

Qualifikationen

• Two- or four-year college degree focused on communication and writing.
• 0–2 years’ experience in a production environment preferred.
• Experience with technical writing and procedural documentation desirable.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Aufgaben

• Develop clear assembly and process instructions for operators and technicians.
• Create photo/video documentation to illustrate steps and outcomes.
• Update process notes and documentation using ERP and MS Office tools.
• Write training content covering product knowledge and processes.
