Job summary

Ball Corporation is seeking a Site Technical Trainer in Fort Atkinson, WI to lead the execution of the technical training strategy at our manufacturing site. In this role, you will ensure consistency in training delivery, drive skill development, and manage the Learning Management System (LMS).

Please have a minimum of 3 years’ experience working in manufacturing and strong communication skills to effectively influence across levels. This position offers a competitive salary range and eligibility for an annual incentive compensation plan.
