Job summary

Ball Corporation seeks a Site Technical Trainer to lead training at a manufacturing site. You will deploy the BOE Technical Training pillar on-site, deliver structured sessions, and ensure training records are accurate within the LMS and eDMS.

The role requires 7+ years on the production floor, strong communication, and the ability to influence across levels. Relocation may be available; the position includes participation in the annual incentive plan.

Qualifications

• 7+ years on a manufacturing production floor.
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
• Strong communication and influence across all levels.
• Coaching and facilitating knowledge transfer to operators.
• Familiar with LMS for training management and eDMS documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment of BOE Technical Training pillar at the site.
• Deliver instructor‑led training and translate concepts into actionable sessions.
• Oversee OJT program and mentor trainers.
• Conduct competency assessments and address skill gaps.
• Manage training records in LMS and maintain eDMS documentation.
• Report training KPIs to leadership and drive continuous improvement.
