Job summary

Murray Resources in West Houston is seeking a Manufacturing/Technical Recruiter to join our award-winning team. The role requires agency recruiting experience and a proven track record of placing engineering, oil & gas, manufacturing, operations and supply chain professionals in a fast-paced setting.

This on-site position offers a generous base plus commission, multiple work schedule options, a generous PTO plan and extensive recruiting resources, with strong team support and leadership focused

Qualifications

• 3+ years external (agency) recruiting experience.
• Experience with direct hire and contract staffing.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Recruit qualified professionals for direct hire and contract positions using direct recruiting, social media, referrals, and networking.
• Conduct in-depth interviews with recruited candidates.
• Place appropriately skilled candidates on assignments and conduct quality control calls on all orders.
• Achieve production targets / quotas.
• Maintain client satisfaction through follow up and quality control activities.
• Update activities in CRM (Bullhorn).
• Provide customers with applicable staffing trend information (salary surveys, etc.).

This position will focus on placing candidates in the following functions: engineering, oil & gas, manufacturing, operations, and supply chain.

Note, this position is based in our West Houston office - local candidates only, this is not a virtual position.

Required experience:

• Preferred: 3+ years of experience as an external (agency) recruiter
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an external (agency) recruiter
