Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; technical degree and/or equivalent related experience required.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant manufacturing, maintenance, engineering, or technical leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Enhance safety, quality, and productivity with predictive and preventive maintenance.
• Coach problem-solving, decision-making, and technical ownership on the production floor.
• Maximize equipment availability and minimize downtime with preventive maintenance strategies.
• Serve as the technical SME for designated equipment and systems with hands-on support.
