Job summary

Responsibilities include leading continuous improvement, optimizing equipment uptime, and guiding capital projects while shaping a world-class manufacturing operation focused on safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
• 5+ years in manufacturing, maintenance, reliability, or engineering.
• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
• Ability to lead through influence and develop teams.
• Experience with CMMS/ERP systems (Maximo, eAM, Proficy).

Responsibilities

• Drive reliability and performance for a high-volume production area.
• Coach technicians and build technical capability.
• Lead cross-functional projects delivering measurable impact.
• Support capital expansions and equipment startups.
• Own maintenance and reliability metrics and drive data-driven decisions.
