Job summary

System One in Chattanooga, TN is seeking a Manufacturing Technical Recruiter to manage the full recruiting lifecycle across manufacturing and technical roles. The role combines onsite and remote work with a focus on building pipelines and partnering with hiring managers to fill roles such as Machinists, Welders, Manufacturing Engineers, and QA professionals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in manufacturing, engineering, skilled trades, or technical recruiting.
• Demonstrated success recruiting difficult-to-fill positions.
• Experience recruiting skilled manufacturing and/or technical talent.
• Ability to understand technical job requirements and translate them into effective candidate searches.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle from job intake through offer and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and priorities.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for manufacturing and technical roles.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, networks, social media, referrals, and other channels.
• Conduct initial interviews and assess technical experience and fit.
• Present qualified candidates with clear summaries of experience and qualifications.
• Maintain accurate recruiting data in the ATS and track progress.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future needs.
• Coordinate interviews and ensure timely candidate communication and a positive experience.
• Collaborate to improve job descriptions, sourcing, and candidate requirements.
