This role provides hands-on technical support to the Manufacturing Engineering department, helping implement, validate, troubleshoot, and continuously improve manufacturing processes, equipment, tooling, fixtures, and automation. Qualifications

• 2+ years in manufacturing, engineering, automation, or related technical environment.
• Hands-on tooling fabrication and implementation.
• Proficiency with CAD software (Autodesk Inventor, Revit, AutoCAD).

Responsibilities

• Support Manufacturing Engineers with development, implementation, and improvement of processes.
• Troubleshoot production equipment, tooling, fixtures, automation, and process issues.
• Perform measurements, inspections, testing, data collection, and process studies.
• Build, modify, and validate fixtures, tooling, prototypes, and production aids.
• Assist with installation, commissioning, and startup of new equipment and systems.
• Support robotic and automated manufacturing systems, including basic programming and setup.
