Job summary

ECOLAB is seeking a Manufacturing Technology Manager in Philadelphia, PA, to drive continuous improvement in quality and productivity at the G-Street production facility. This role requires a hands-on leader with expertise in ion exchange resin products to manage process engineering teams while ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Six sigma green belt certified, with real examples of process improvement results.
• Experience with suspension polymerizations and general chemical processes.
• Strong understanding of processing equipment maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver results from improvement programs agreed with the site director.
• Plan and coordinate manufacturing process improvement projects.
• Train and coach on process improvement techniques.
