Job summary

Ecolab is seeking an Operational Excellence Leader (Total Productive Maintenance) at our Philadelphia, PA plant. You will drive TPM implementation, growth, and sustainability as part of the plant leadership team, building capability across TPM pillars and leading continuous improvement efforts.

The role demands self-motivation, urgency, and hands-on leadership to advance safety, quality, and productivity. You will mentor teams, align resources with business priorities, and participate in the TPM

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field required.
• 7+ years in manufacturing/supply chain environment.
• 5+ years in CI systems/OPEx including TPM/Lean/Six Sigma.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certified and/or PMO certified.
• Experience coaching cross-functional teams on productivity and loss elimination.
• Knowledge of TPM and HPO principles and methodology.
• Strong leadership and change management skills.

Responsibilities

• Align plant resources with safety, quality, service, and savings priorities.
• Assist in creating and executing the site Master Plan.
• Lead TPM strategy at the site and participate in TPM Steering Committee.
• Hands-on operations involvement and daily management system improvements.
• Prioritize and manage CI initiatives in a continuous improvement environment.
• Build and coach teams to advance site Vision and business needs.
• Drive productivity and loss elimination through engagement at all levels.
• Lead TPM progression through Journey to Bronze Assessment.
• Deliver TPM training and support Loss Analysis culture creation.
• Participate in regional TPM Community of Practice to share best practices.
