Job summary

Marquee Staffing in Carlsbad, CA seeks a Manufacturing Technician II/III on 1st shift. You will perform manufacturing operations following cGMP, GDP, ISO 13485, and SOP requirements; operate equipment such as pipettes, balances, pH meters and heat sealers; and maintain accurate ERP documentation.

Candidates must have a cGMP background appropriate to Technician II or III levels, plus attention to detail and reliable attendance.

Qualifications

• Technician II: Bachelor's degree with 1+ year of cGMP experience; associate degree in a related field; or high school diploma with 3+ years of cGMP manufacturing experience.
• Technician III: Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of cGMP experience; associate degree with 3+ years of related experience; or high school diploma with 5+ years of cGMP manufacturing experience.
• Experience in regulated manufacturing in biotechnology, pharmaceutical, medical device, or a similar industry.
• Strong documentation skills and ability to follow detailed SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Perform manufacturing operations following cGMP, GDP, ISO 13485, and SOP requirements.
• Operate production equipment, including pipettes, balances, pH meters, and heat sealers.
• Complete production documentation and ERP transactions accurately.
• Inspect products and packaging for quality.
• Monitor equipment and report alarms or issues.
• Clean and sanitize manufacturing areas and equipment.
• Assist with materials, training, investigations, and process improvements.
