Job summary

Marquee Staffing is seeking a Manufacturing Technician II/III for the 2nd shift in San Diego, CA. Pay ranges $21–$27/hour DOE. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 12:00 PM start; Job Type: Full-Time, Contract-to-Hire.

Responsibilities include operating production equipment, following cGMP/GDP/ISO 13485 and SOPs, completing ERP transactions, performing quality inspections, and documenting work. Candidates must have regulated manufacturing experience and strong attention to detail; NetSuite or ERP experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with related experience or equivalent.
• Experience in regulated manufacturing environments.
• Strong documentation and SOP adherence.

• Complete production documentation and ERP transactions accurately.

• Assist with materials, training, investigations, and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Technician II: Bachelor’s degree with 1+ year of cGMP experience; associate degree in a related field; or high school diploma with 3+ years of cGMP manufacturing experience
• Technician III: Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of cGMP experience; associate degree with 3+ years of related experience; or high school diploma with 5+ years of cGMP manufacturing experience
• Candidates must have regulated manufacturing experience in biotechnology, pharmaceutical, medical device, or a similar industry.
• Strong documentation skills, attention to detail, reliable attendance, and the ability to follow detailed SOPs are required.
• NetSuite or ERP experience is a plus.

Overtime, weekends, or holidays may occasionally be required.
