Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2 years of manufacturing experience in a cleanroom following GMP/GDP is strongly preferred.
• Computer proficiency and clear cross-functional communication are expected.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with supervisor to ensure builds occur on time.
• Confirm raw materials are received, prepared, and ready for manufacturing.
• Troubleshoot simple procedures and follow established SOPs.
• Adhere to GMP and GDP guidelines and ensure proper material handling.
• Maintain clean rooms and ensure all work is completed on schedule.
• Coordinate with other departments to achieve AMS goals.
• Understand lyophilization technology and related formulation processes.
• Support coverage outside normal hours including weekends as needed.
