Job summary

• Experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment with understanding of cGMP requirements.
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and follow detailed instructions in English.
• A proactive, reliable approach with strong time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support daily manufacturing operations and maintain a safe, quality-focused work environment.
• Operate production equipment, including DAP lines, forklifts, and hoists.
• Move pallets and supplies within the value stream and production area.
• Lead Manufacturing Technician I team members in daily tasks when assigned.
• Train new employees and contractors on procedures and expectations.
• Complete required documentation and electronic system tasks in line with GDP/GMP requirements.
• Perform routine cleaning of the production area to maintain GMP standards.
• Communicate safety, quality, compliance, and equipment issues promptly to the manufacturing lead operator and supervisor.
• Work cross-functionally with other departments and participate in continuous improvement activities.
• Support additional tasks as needed to help the team succeed.
