Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in process and/or printed circuit board manufacturing is a plus.
• Knowledge of circuit board terminology helpful.
• Experience with CNC machinery and measurement/inspection tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adherence to production time sensitive disciplines.
• Set and maintain processing equipment within parameters.
• Meet or exceed output targets and metrics.
• Read blueprints and English docs to produce designed products.
• Verify shop orders and quality; confirm counts.
• Perform basic preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Strict compliance to safety and quality guidelines.
• Follow dispatch while accommodating hot orders and customer needs.
• Collaborate with team members in a collaborative environment.
• Demonstrate a customer-focused culture with urgency.
• Adhere to process requirements precisely.
