The role emphasizes teamwork, urgency, and adherence to process requirements across shifts. Applicants should have a High School Diploma or equivalent, basic arithmetic, and the ability to lift up to 30 pounds.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in process and/or PCB manufacturing is a plus.
• Knowledge of circuit board terminology helpful.
• Lean principles/continuous improvement knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adherence to production time sensitive disciplines.
• Set and maintain processing equipment within operational parameters.
• Meet or exceed expected output targets and metrics.
• Read blueprints and English documents to take action to produce designed products.
• Read and interpret shop orders to verify completion, count, and quality.
• Perform basic preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Follow safety and quality guidelines and dispatch as required.
• Work in a team environment with a customer-focused mindset.
• Demonstrate urgency and exact adherence to process requirements.
