TTM Technologies, Inc. in Stafford Springs, CT is seeking a Production Operator for the 2nd shift. You will operate production equipment, monitor quality data, and read blueprints to ensure correct panel identification.

The role requires teamwork, safety awareness, and flexibility to work overtime when needed. Flexible training is available, with opportunities to advance through our Operator Advancement Program.

Qualifications

• Good English communication, both verbal and written.
• Able to read blueprints/artwork and interpret panel identifications.
• Able to perform routine tasks and work in a team environment.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds and work up to 10 hours with possible overtime.

Responsabilités

• Monitor and maintain quality production data.
• Read blueprints and identify panels and artwork.
• Cross-train across multiple areas to meet safety and production goals.
• Report accidents, near misses and safety concerns; follow PPE and SDS procedures.
• Maintain regular attendance and work in a team setting.
