Job summary

Qnity in Germany is seeking a Senior Process Engineer to lead manufacturing improvements across equipment and processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, drive capital projects, and ensure safety and uptime.

With a BS/MS in engineering and 5+ years in industry, you bring problem-solving, root-cause analysis, and Six Sigma know-how. Experience in industrial plants and strong communication are valued.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Chemical).
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop data packages and justification for capital projects with vendors and cross-functional teams.
• Identify and implement best-in-class processes with technical experts.
• Lead process improvements to boost yield, quality, uptime, capacity, and safety.
• Drive root cause analysis and resolution of complex manufacturing issues.
• Plan commissioning, decommissioning, start-up and shutdown activities.
• Lead qualification efforts for new and upgraded equipment.
• Drive continuous improvement of manufacturing processes and assets.
• Provide technical support to operations as needed.
