Job summary

Ace Precision Machining Llc is seeking a Programming Analyst to design, develop, and support custom software for manufacturing operations. You will build solutions using Epicor ERP, Power Platform, and BI tools to streamline processes across the organization.

You will collaborate with engineering, operations, quality, finance, and business leaders to deliver impactful technology solutions and maintain documentation and testing practices.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in CS/Programming/IT or related field.
• Minimum 2 years programming or application development experience.
• Experience with VB.NET, C#, ASP.NET/.NET Core, SQL Server and Microsoft SQL.
• Experience creating/modifying SSRS and Crystal Reports.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform: Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, Teams, and Power BI.
• Power BI data modeling, DAX, calculated columns/measures and relationships.
• ERP experience (Epicor or similar) preferred.
• JavaScript, LINQ, CSLA .NET, Razor Pages, Unit Testing, Kendo UI a plus.
• Manufacturing or aerospace experience preferred.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, implement, and support custom software applications and web-based solutions.
• Develop and maintain Epicor ERP customizations, integrations, and enhancements.
• Create applications using Power Platform technologies: Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, Teams, and Power BI.
• Design and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models using DAX and relationships.
• Collaborate with analysts, management, and end users to gather requirements and develop solutions.
• Participate in testing (system, integration, UAT) to meet business needs.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide user support.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and workflow diagrams.
• Coordinate with vendors to resolve complex issues.
• Suggest process improvements via automation and technology.
• Support Quality Management System and safety policies.
