Job summary

Owens Corning is seeking a Manufacturing Technology & Analytics Leader to identify, deploy, and enable manufacturing technologies and analytics across our Roofing network. This role drives adoption, partners with Digital Manufacturing, and ensures plant teams effectively use digital tools to improve safety, quality, stability, and cost goals.

The role reports to the Director Stable Operations and requires 50%-70% travel, with preferred locations near Headquarters or Tech centers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, engineering, analytics, or digital transformation roles.
• Demonstrated experience leading teams and driving change in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to travel up to 50%-70%.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, scale, and enable adoption of manufacturing technology and analytics solutions across Roofing manufacturing facilities.
• Serve as the primary interface between Roofing and enterprise digital and analytics teams, aligning priorities and driving execution across the network.
• Lead the identification, evaluation, and deployment of manufacturing technologies across the Roofing network.
• Ensure tools are accessible and used by plant teams, and that solutions are practical and sustainable.
