Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, engineering, analytics, or digital transformation roles.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%–70%.
• Experience leading teams and driving change in manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Deploy manufacturing technologies and analytics across Roofing facilities.
• Serve as main interface between Roofing and enterprise digital teams.
• Lead safety, digital transformation, and process excellence initiatives.
• Drive adoption and sustainment of tools at plant level.
