Job summary

Owens Corning is seeking a Technology and Analytics Leader to drive the deployment and adoption of manufacturing technologies and analytics across the Roofing network. The role partners with Digital Manufacturing, IT/OT, and enterprise teams to translate platforms into plant-ready solutions.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in manufacturing/analytics, strong leadership, and the ability to travel 50–70% to multiple sites.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related discipline.
5+ years of experience in manufacturing, engineering, analytics, or digital transformation roles.
Demonstrated experience leading teams and driving change in a manufacturing environment.
Ability to travel up to 50-70%.

Responsibilities

Deploy and enable adoption of manufacturing technology and analytics solutions across Roofing manufacturing facilities.
Serve as the primary interface between Roofing and enterprise digital and analytics teams.
Lead digital transformation initiatives and ensure tools are effectively used by plant teams.
Provide hands-on coaching and guidance to drive adoption at the plant level.
Ensure governance, documentation, and sustainment plans for long-term use.
