Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is hiring for a Manufacturing Tech Analyst (Associate or Mid Level) to support the 787 Flightline Manufacturing Engineering team in San Antonio, TX.
As a member of the team, the role acts as build plan owner writing work instructions and hands on assistance at the shop floor utilizing people, parts, tools, designs and processes to ensure a robust, reproducible and repeatable product to the factory team to include, engineering incorporation requirements, manufacturing shop assistance and build plan support.
Our team is currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including Associate (Level 2) or Mid (Level 3) Manufacturing Tech Analysts.
This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R.
Successful candidates for this job must satisfy the Company’s Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process.
This position is for 1st or 2nd shift.

Associate Level: $74,800 -$101,200
Mid-Level: $90,950 - $123,500
