Essential Functions
- Guide and mentor a manufacturing team using exceptional communication skills.
- Assign personnel tasks to ensure timely production goal completion.
- Guarantee compliance with quality specifications and objectives.
- Operate within budgetary constraints and production schedules.
- Collaborate with Engineering to resolve design complications.
- Foster a secure and organized workplace.
- Deliver continuous feedback and conduct structured performance evaluations.
- Engage with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality departments for process improvements.
What We Require
- Proven background in electrical and mechanical manufacturing – 8-10 years preferred.
- Leadership experience as a Supervisor or Lead.
- Minimum high school diploma; additional education in relevant fields is a plus.
- Strong skills in organization and motivation.
- Blueprint literacy.
- Capabilities in Microsoft Office and ERP tools.
- Effective teamwork, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with ease.
- Interest and ability to develop manufacturing teams.
Workplace Dynamics
- Work occurs mainly in a precision, light industrial environment with occasional office tasks.
Physical Skills Required
- Standing, walking, reaching for long periods frequently required.
- Lifting and moving up to 50 pounds is a frequent requirement.
