Imagine taking charge of production operations where your leadership can make a significant impact. As a Manufacturing Team Supervisor, you'll ensure smooth coordination and efficient use of resources to meet production needs. Expect to be the force behind our quality, training, and safety standards.

Essential Functions

• Guide and mentor a manufacturing team using exceptional communication skills.
• Assign personnel tasks to ensure timely production goal completion.
• Guarantee compliance with quality specifications and objectives.
• Operate within budgetary constraints and production schedules.
• Collaborate with Engineering to resolve design complications.
• Foster a secure and organized workplace.
• Deliver continuous feedback and conduct structured performance evaluations.
• Engage with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality departments for process improvements.
  
  

What We Require

• Proven background in electrical and mechanical manufacturing – 8-10 years preferred.
• Leadership experience as a Supervisor or Lead.
• Minimum high school diploma; additional education in relevant fields is a plus.
• Strong skills in organization and motivation.
• Blueprint literacy.
• Capabilities in Microsoft Office and ERP tools.
• Effective teamwork, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with ease.
• Interest and ability to develop manufacturing teams.

• Work occurs mainly in a precision, light industrial environment with occasional office tasks.
