Job Description: Production Supervisor - Contract to Hire

A well-known electronics component manufacturing company is looking for a Production Supervisor. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity in Westborough, MA!

Shift: Mon-Fri 7:00am-3:30pm

Pay Rate: $31/hr

Responsibilities:

1. Supervise a small team of workers on the production floor.
2. Organize daily tasks and ensure work is completed on time.
3. Monitor product quality and report issues to management.
4. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
5. Train new employees on job duties and safety procedures.
6. Communicate effectively with team members and other departments.
7. Report problems or delays to the manager.

Qualifications:

1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. 5+ years of experience in a warehouse, factory, or production setting.
