AISIN Texas is seeking a Manufacturing Team Member in Cibolo, TX. You will operate equipment, assemble parts, and support production to build automatic transmissions while following safety policies and procedures to promote quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities include operating machinery, meeting daily targets, inspecting parts, maintaining cleanliness, recording data, and collaborating with teammates. Must be able to work a rotating shift, including some Saturdays, on-site at AISIN Texas.

Position Summary

Position Responsibilities

The incumbent is expected to perform the following functions that the company has determined are essential to this position:

• Operate machinery and assemble components using standardized procedures to ensure quality.
• Meet daily production targets based on customer demand.
• Inspect parts for defects and follow quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in line with company standards.
• Accurately record production data and report any equipment or process issues.
• Work and communicate well with others to keep production running smoothly.
• Follow company rules and complete other assigned tasks.

• Mechanical-General knowledge of machines, tools and measurement instruments is a plus.

Education/Training/Certifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
