Wagner in Milwaukee seeks a Tube Bender Operator to join our employee‑owned team. This hands‑on role requires reading prints, interpreting blueprints, and producing precise bends on pipe and tubing for architectural metalwork.

You will set up equipment, select tooling, measure parts with calipers and tape measures, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to 5S standards. We value detail, reliability, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience in metal fabrication or manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and follow detailed instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and precise measurement skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate pipe and tube bending equipment to produce parts to specification.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions.
• Select tooling and adjust for accurate bends and quality output.
• Measure parts with tape measures, calipers, and gauges.
• Troubleshoot equipment or tooling issues and communicate with team.
• Support continuous improvement by identifying process enhancements.
• Maintain equipment and follow preventive maintenance guidelines.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe per 5S standards.
