Job summary

HARIBO of America, Inc. is seeking a Team Lead for the production line in Pleasant Prairie, WI. You will guide and supervise staff, monitor performance, and ensure smooth operations to meet daily production targets.

You will coordinate with Maintenance and Quality teams, emphasize safety and quality, and coach associates to uphold HARIBO’s high standards. Strong leadership and communication skills are required for success in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing or production supervision is expected.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate a team.
• Proficiency with SAP, MS Office, and LMS systems preferred.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple functions to meet production goals.

Responsibilities

• Staff the shift by assigning line positions based on training and experience.
• Maintain high morale and strong employee relations on the line.
• Coach and develop teammates to achieve HARIBO standards.
• Balance management priorities with team needs for operational success.
• Ensure safety, quality, and on-time production through effective communication.
